                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   A SEWER EASEMENT FROM CHARLES WILLIAMS AND
                   WALWAIE WILLIAMS RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   46, TRACT NO. 154, MURRAY HILLS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($2,850.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Charles Williams and Walwaie
       Williams relative to Contract No. 46, Tract No. 154, Murray 
Hills,
       for a total consideration of $2,850.00.
